You will soon be receiving a copy of your insurance policy directly from your new insurance carrier. Depending on how you purchased your insurance, the policy could be arriving by US Mail or your email account.
Once you have received your policy, please review it. Although a clarical error will not result in a change of coverage's, we want your policy to be correct. Check the spelling of all names and address. Make sure the coverage's and deductible match what you requested and make sure the VIN numbers on your auto insurance ID Cards match your auto VIN plate. Are all your leinholder's and mortgages listed correctly? Contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns.
In the next few days we will be mailing you your Mid-Ohio Insurance Solutions "Welcome Packet". This packet will provide you a place to keep all your policies together as well as additional agency information.

We can be reached by phone during normal business hours at 740-494-9448 (Prospect) or 419-718-4033 (Cardington). Nelsie Youngs is Mid-Ohio Insurance Solutions Customer Service Representative and our front-line contact. She will help you with your billing question or policy change. She is also a licensed insurance agent and add an additional policy to fit your changing needs.
In an attempt to have your phone calls answered by a person, our phone system is now set up to address this. If Shelley is on the line with a client and a second call comes in, it rolls to the next agent that is in the office. Only if all our agents are busy with a call or talking to a client in their office will your call go to voicemail.
WE DO NOT HIDE BEHIND OUR VOICEMAIL! If you get our voicemail, please leave a message. We frequently check messages and we will call you back as soon as we can. If you do not leave a message, it will actually increase the amount of time to get your question answered.
Office hours text messages
We LOVE text messages. You never have to wait on hold or leave a call back message. This is quickly becoming the most efficient way to ask a question or even make a payment.
After hours emergency
Jeff can be reached by cell phone or text messages. A quick texted message asking for a call back is normally the best route. He may not be able answer right away, but he will call or text you back as soon as he can.
